Exceptions – Defective or Damaged Products

We only allow a return or exchange under the following exceptional condition:

  • The product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

In such cases:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  • Email us at prashantbobade183@gmail.com or call us at 9422934958 with:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos or video of the damaged product and packaging

If approved:

  • A replacement will be delivered within 7–10 business days

  • No monetary refund will be issued—only replacement of the same product, if stock is available


We Do Not Accept Returns If:

  • The product was delivered in good condition

  • You no longer want the item

  • The damage was caused after delivery (improper installation, mishandling, etc.)

  • More than 24 hours have passed since delivery


📦 Return Process (For Approved Cases Only)

  1. Ship the product back to us in original packaging (we may arrange pickup depending on location).

  2. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will confirm and dispatch a replacement.

    In some cases we will provide – 
    1. You can request for return within 7 days.
    2. The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method within 10 days.
